About our Founder
THAIS BELTRAN
With family roots that were planted in Chicago as far back as the mid to late 1950s, Thais felt an overwhelming urge to start an archive that would reflect the large Latine community that makes up Chicago. They knew that although immigrant Chicago may share similar stories, each one is unique and deserves to be highlighted.
Nuestro Chicago Archives combines their passion of Chicago history, photography, and family archival.
